1. Booking & Reservation

1.2. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
1.3. A valid ID proof is required at check-in for all guests.
2. Payment & Cancellation Policy
2.1. Payment must be made as per the selected booking policy (advance/full payment).
2.2. Any cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before check-in to avoid cancellation charges.
2.3. No-shows or late cancellations will result in a one-night charge.
3. Check-in & Check-out
3.1. Check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM
3.2. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Guest Responsibilities
4.1. Guests must respect the property and its rules.
4.2. Any damage to the property will be charged to the responsible guest.
4.3. Illegal activities, including drug use and unauthorized parties, are strictly prohibited.

6. Liability & Disclaimers
6.1. S.S Guest House is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
6.2. Guests are advised to store valuables in the provided safety deposit boxes.
6.3. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating these terms.
7. Amendments & Changes
7.1. S.S Guest House reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
7.2. Guests will be notified of significant changes via email or website updates.
